The suitable candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial profitability, continued operational excellence as well as executing financial strategy to support the business objectives.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: BCom Accounting at reputable tertiary institution with; Completed articles
OR
No articles, with 3 – 8 years financial management experience (within the Agricultural sector would be advantageous)
KEY COMPETENCIES
Knowledge and Experience:
Financial principles, accounting standards and regulatory
Financial analysis, reporting and internal controls
Financial control systems, accounting procedures
Accounting standards, appropriate financial governance
M.S. Office, Accounting software i.e Pastel and/or other
Managing financial team
